Sibela Mamudoska graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Prilep with an average of 10 and immediately after her studies she found a job where she put her theoretical knowledge into practice.
Nothing less than ten, this is the success that Sibela Mamudoska from Prilep has achieved in the past four years at the Faculty of Economics in Prilep. Recently, she was declared the best among the top ten graduates of the University of "St. Kliment Ohridski" in Bitola.
- It was not difficult to find a job. Previously, I was an intern for two years at a bank in Bitola and they recognized my quality, which resulted in employment immediately after my graduation - said Mamudoska.
Like all young people, she considered opportunities to build her career abroad, but something much bigger kept her here.
- I was thinking of going abroad, there were opportunities for that. But I stayed here, everything is familiar to me here, I upgraded myself here, so I wanted to give back to my homeland for the opportunities that were given to me - says the best student for the 2021/2022 academic year at the University of Bitola.
She is already making her contribution because in addition to her work, she is also involved in projects of non-governmental organizations that fight for greater rights of Roma women, especially for equal treatment in employment. So far, she has received other awards, including the one from the citizens' association "Romaversitas" for the student with the highest average, as well as other successes and recognitions during her studies.
- No achievement can be so great that it cannot be surpassed by another achievement - adds Mamudoska and reveals that her next goal is to enroll in postgraduate studies at the University of "St. Kliment Ohridski" in Bitola.
