Ivan Maksutovic (47) from Leskovac, SJ and MM on Wednesday, December 4, they were taken by car to the Morava River near the village of Manjolovec for suspicion that they had stolen a tool they had been working on together. They stripped him naked, revived him, threatened to throw him into the river, and recorded everything on their cellphones.
They made him admit that he and his son had stolen the tool and beat him up. When they called his son on the phone, Ivan's wife called and threatened to report them to the police.
"I got dressed, was forced to kneel down and threatened with a revolver in my head that they would kill me. I begged and cried not to kill me and that I have children and grandchildren, ”Ivan Maksutovic says.
They threatened him not to report the case, that they would cut off his son's prostitutes and kill him. Then they left him by the car by the car and left.
Fearful of threats he did not want to report, but at the behest of his wife and neighbors, he reported the case on December 9.
Police immediately found the perpetrators and confiscated their cellphone, where the videos were also found.
Police confirmed the incident but did not provide specific information, while Ivan Maksutovic suffered from fear that he was undergoing treatment in a neuropsychiatry department at Leskovac General Hospital.
