Roma in Europe organized the first mass protest on the growing discriminating attitude of Bulgaria and its institutions when it comes to the Roma.
This massive protest took place in the Dutch city of The Hague, where hundreds of Roma Protestants participated.
These disgruntled ones, who went into a peaceful protest, send a message to the EU institutions about the alarming situation of Roma with an emphasis in Bulgaria Ukraine Czech Republic and other EU member states.
The rise of anti-gypsyism in recent years has been evident and characterized by the pogrom, murders and violent evictions of Roma in the advanced countries of the Union.
The organizer of this protest is the Committee for the Organization of Peace Roma Protests in Brussels.
