One person was arrested in Jarinje for falsifying documents, and he is a 54-year-old resident of Kosovo, the Kim portal reports.
It is A.D. (1968) who lived outside of Kosovo until today, together with another suspect E.B. The two are accused of falsifying documents in connection with the illegal sale of 30 properties to the Roma-Ashkali and Egyptian communities in South Mitrovica.
On June 6 of last year, the inspectors of the Directorate for Economic Crime and Corruption Investigations in South Mitrovica received reports that 30 properties were sold for 5 to 7 thousand euros each, but that this was done through falsification of documents.
The police have been looking for these people for the past months. Now A.D. has been in custody for 48 hours. But the police also charge the lawyer B.K. and the mediator E.J. for another criminal offense - abuse of official position or authority.
