One of the priorities in the implementation of part of the Roma Strategy 2020-2023 is the area of Health. The network for systemic and permanent solutions in the published "thin" reports reacts because precisely in the area that is quite problematic, the "infusion" by the state is minimal.
In the previous years, in 2020 and 2021, the budget amounted to barely between 50 and 60 thousand euros or 3.3 and 4 million denars, while in 2022 and now in the proposal the budget for 2023 amounts to the same amount, something around 4 million denars.

The Network for Systematic and Permanent Solutions warns that such ridiculous separate budgets are playing with the health of the Roma, who, by the way, both in the region and in North Macedonia, the Roma, unlike other nationalities, have on average the shortest life expectancy compared to the rest of the population, and that is a reflection not only of their economic and social position, but health problems are one of the main contributors to this black statistic.
