The Russian Army has shot dead 28 Romani people in the occupied territories of Ukraine, claiming they poisoned a company of Russian soldiers with vodka. The Ukrainian Defense Ministry has issued a report on the incident, based on an intercepted telephone conversation of a Russian soldier.
In the intercepted call, the Russian soldier tells his wife about the injustices underway in the territories occupied by Russia. “Do you know what kind of chaos is happening in the towns here?
