Roma are the largest percentage without citizenship or unregistered persons and only due to lack of documentation.
Since 2014, when the UNHCR launched the #IBelong campaign, BiH has made significant strides in resolving statelessness issues, ie reducing the number of stateless persons.

Today, apartheid is a significant problem that affects about 10 million stateless people around the world who are therefore in the legal maze.
