Switzerland has been named the world's best place to attract and care for skilled workers for the fourth year in a row. The Central European country left Denmark, Luxembourg, Iceland and Sweden on the IMD World Talent List, published on Thursday. Switzerland is praised for its high quality education system and talent focus, as well as for being able to attract professionals from abroad with a high standard of living and high salaries. Denmark has performed well in terms of equal opportunities throughout society, and Luxembourg has stood out in terms of continued investment in its workforce in recent years. Here are the top 10 countries on the list of 63 markets, mainly run by Western Europe:

The United States ranked 15th, behind Germany (11), Australia (13) and Hong Kong (14). Ireland is 18th, Taiwan is 20th and the United Kingdom is 23rd.
At the bottom of the list are Russia, Bulgaria, Mexico, Romania, Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, Slovakia, while India and Mongolia are last on the list. Serbia is not included in the survey.
