The crisis headquarters for the fight against the spread of coronavirus in the city of Burgas has made a decision to drone residents in Roma settlements, BTV reported.
"We decided to try an innovative way to measure the rising temperature of the Roma population. Soon we will start measuring the temperature of the Roma using a drone with a thermal sensor, "said Burgas Mayor Dimitr Nikolov.
He explained that the drone could detect a higher temperature in a group of people.
According to Bulgarian media, police presence in Roma settlements has intensified, which checks whether the state of emergency and quarantine are being respected.
