In the 21st century, live without water and sanitation, in faeces, landfills and a source of infectious diseases, and located in the immediate vicinity of the city center. These conditions are for over 24 years followed by 24 families who are in the Old barracks in Kocani. In total there are 100 people including 39 children.
They say that regardless of which political power of government, the promises are the same, but the solution is still missing. Without basic living conditions, these people are left alone. They complain that they are completely forgotten and rejected, and they are interesting only during the elections, when politicians promise to come!
Mayor Nikolce Iliev, exclusively for the Roma Times portal, says that the city of Kocani has found a solution and a location, as well as a secured space, for the city of Kocani. The value of the object that is planned to be built is about 350,000 - 400,000 euros.
The municipality does not have those funds and therefore plan to get through projects to start the construction of the new location they named Quart 5! It is planned to build mixing facilities for 24 families plus 4 as a reserve.
If that happened, no one would answer.
